  • Next-Day or 2 Day Expedited Delivery 

Rush delivery orders ship the same day if received by 2 pm PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days, or federal holidays. If the order is received after 4 pm PST, it will be processed the following business day. We do our best to let you receive your order as soon as possible, except in cases of weather or incorrect shipping addresses.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with boxes, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are only able to initiate refunds for products purchased directly from If purchased from other retailers or distributors please contact them directly for information on their return policy. We also do not refund shipping charges or customs costs.

If you have placed your order, but it has not shipped out yet, we may be able to cater to your request without any additional charges or levies, however, if the parcel has already left our facilities and is with a courier, the parcel may have to be returned to us.Please contact as soon as you realize that an error has been made, or if you have changed your mind.

Issues with your order
Please inspect your order upon receiving it   and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All accessories including cords, chargers, adapters, carry cases, printed materials, promotional or bonus items, gifts with purchase and all original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged. Failure to return all included items will result in a partial or denial of refund.

- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- Customers are always responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is deemed to be defective and the product is purchased directly from Mavian Beauty. Orders that are refused upon delivery will incur a $12.00 return shipment fee.

International orders
All international customers might require duties and taxes and vary between countries, please check that information ahead of time before placing your order. We offer prepay duties and taxes for orders of $500 and up.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (30% discount and above) or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
